MY DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
I believe that spaces are capable of evoking emotions, so rather than focus on a specific design style, I focus on how you want your space to feel--whether that's a peaceful bedroom or a playful AirBnB.
I specialize in Transitional design for residential spaces, which means I take the things you love and expertly blend them to create a space that is uniquely you. Working with me will allow you to have a beautiful, Pinterest-worthy home that doesn't look like everyone else's.
For our short-term rental properties, I take a totally different approach! In a saturated market, it is more important to stand out than ever. That means that simply beautiful or trendy designs aren't enough. You need scroll-stopping, Instagrammable backdrops, bold colors, and luxurious amenities if you want to increase your occupancy, reviews, and thus your revenue.

Hi! I'm Jasa. Thanks for stopping by!
I'm an interior designer, wife to my high school sweetheart, and mom to a chubby 15 year old tabby cat and the prissiest (but prettiest!) little muttsky dog. I spent the first two thirds of my life in Texas before moving to Denver, Colorado 8 years ago to escape the heat!
I LOVE throwing theme parties, and if you're ever invited to one, know that you'll probably be forced to wear a costume of some kind. I also taught high school English for 14 years and loved helping students find the themes in our books. So I guess it was no surprise that I then found a love of designing themed AirBnBs when I had the opportunity to transform my friend’s property into a Tropical Oasis.
When I'm not designing or reading, you can find me lifting weights, watching old movies, baking, or finding new dinner spots with my husband. But my favorite thing to do is travel! I've been to 18 countries and counting and love that this job not only allows the the flexibility for personal travel but also the opportunity to travel to places like New York and Hawaii for design jobs!
You might be wondering why I gave you so much (un-asked for) information about my personal life, but I believe that inviting someone into your home is extremely personal and vulnerable, so you should know who you're letting in.

We pride ourselves on offering a package for everyone. When we create a custom design for your space, you are able to purchase, install, and style all items on their own OR we offer full-service procurement, storage, installment, and styling.
We take a collaborative approach to our designs, working closely with our clients to ensure that the final result exceeds their expectations.
From the initial consultation to the final installation, we are there every step of the way to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
